Assembly in Strathcona - New Meets Old

assembly strathcona.jpg

Coming soon to Strathcona is Assembly, a 4-storey, mixed-use family housing and ground-level creative production building that embraces the neighbourhood’s industrial roots and eastside creativity. Strathcona is known for its eclectic mix of heritage homes, art studios, community parks, and local industrial makers with thriving one-of-a-kind businesses. This inspired a local group of designers to work in collaboration with a boutique development team to create a community of city homes set over local merchants.

Located at the corner of Glen Drive and East Georgia Street in one of Vancouver’s oldest neighbourhoods, Assembly is adjacent to the 110-year-old Admiral Seymour Elementary School which sits on a quiet tree-lined street with little through traffic. Community amenities, such as parks, community centres, schools, and community gardens are all within walking distance. For the kids, treat them to ice cream down the block at legendary La Casa Gelato; for the adults, there’s Luppolo Brewing on the adjacent block. Just steps from the Adanac Bikeway and transit routes on Venables, Clark, and Hastings provide convenient, car-free mobility. Live together, work together at Assembly.
